Emeritus Professor Paul McMenamin
Emeritus Professor Paul McMenamin AM is a long-standing eye researcher and the former Director of the Centre for Human Anatomy Education.
He has published around 180 research papers/reviews/ book chapters, and he co-authored the leading textbook The Eye: Basic Sciences in Practice, published by Elselvier.
Prof McMenamin has collaborated with other eye researchers and ophthalmologists both in Australia, the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom. He has taught human anatomy, embryology, histology and neuroanatomy to medical students, science students and a range of postgraduate surgical and medical specialists including ophthalmologists over a 45-year period.
